How do I book a private event at Moe's Cantina?
To reserve, we require a signed contract and a deposit (typically 50% of the minimum spend). Once both are received, the space is secured.
Is there a food & beverage minimum?
Yes. Minimums vary by date, time, and space. They include food and beverages but exclude tax and service charges.
Can I bring in outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of specialty desserts such as cakes (a service fee may apply).
What bar options are available?
We offer hourly drink packages, consumption tabs, or prepaid drink tickets. Packages can be customized to fit your group.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holiday season. Popular dates often book months in advance.
Do you provide AV support?
Yes. We have microphones, screens, and in-house AV support for an additional fee if needed.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual is recommended for corporate/private events. For nightlife-focused reservations, our standard venue dress code applies.
What if my guest count changes?
Final guest counts and menu selections are typically due 7–12 days before the event.
